Recently, I’ve started taking evening walks around the neighborhood—but I’m not doing it alone.
Every day, I carry my 8kg, 6-month-old baby in a carrier while walking for an hour or more. Now that’s what I call double cardio! According to my fitness app, I’ve averaged about 5,000 steps over the past week.
If I were to take my weight loss goals more seriously, I’d need to increase those numbers and add more workouts. But for now, I’m enjoying these walks—chatting with a sweet, babbling little one under the glow of the setting sun. What could be better than that?
