
You say ‘Relax’, I say ‘to – do lists’…
When I need to relax, I actually turn to my to-do lists. While some people relax by stepping away from tasks, I find peace in organizing and planning. For me, relaxation isn’t about avoiding responsibilities but about staying on top of them. My to-do lists help me stay focused and stress-free, guiding me through the day. Checking off each task gives me a sense of accomplishment and keeps me calm. It might seem like a lot of work, but it helps me feel in control. When everything is organized, I can truly relax, knowing I’ve got everything covered.
Then again, there’s the thought of relaxing with a meal and a good movie while receiving a soothing feet massage.
